HOW DO I ORDER?
Simply choose the category you want to browse or scroll down to see our product range. Grab a cup of coffee, put your feet up and read through the properties of each amazing product.
If you do have any question whilst browsing, you can WhatsApp us directly from the site. The WhatsApp icon will appear at the bottom right of your screen. We are only a message away.
Once you’ve decided on your preferred product, select the quantity you want and click the “Add to Cart” button. You can add multiple items to your cart before proceeding to payment. Once you are ready to pay for the items in your cart, click on the cart icon on the top right-hand side of the page. That will show you all the items you have put into your shopping cart. If you’re happy with your choice, you can click the “proceed to checkout” button. If you don’t have a SKINFRéSH account yet or aren’t already logged into your account, you will be taken to the account login/ register page where you simply register by completing the new customer’s sign-up process. For existing customers – login to your account using the email address you used when you set up your account, and your password. Once you are logged in – you will be presented with your shopping cart items once again. Click proceed to checkout and you can then select/ enter your delivery address, select your delivery option (if relevant), enter your payment information and pay.

SKINFRéSH will dispatch packages within 12 hours. Courier deliver within 2 – 6 working days depending on where you live. We deliver door to door depending on where you are based. Your courier tracking details will be sent to you via mail upon dispatching.

Can you offer advice on what to order?
Yes we can. It’s important to us that your SKIN feels FRéSH, and we love nothing more than helping you achieve that. Although our products are perfectly suited for all skin types and ages you are more than welcome to send us an email or WhatsApp us directly on the site.
Can I buy online?
Yes! Ordering online is quick and easy. Payment is welcome by EFT (Please note that a proof of payment should be sent to us to avoid delay in shipment) or Credit Card via Payfast. Please see “How do I order” above for full details.
I’d like to be a supplier. How do I get your skincare products in my store/salon or sell as a individual?

Do you supply any stores/salons near me?
We are currently in the process of getting more salons but our products are available at The Pamper Party Beauty Salon, Lion Square, Somerset West
Can I get a sample before I purchase?
We do like to give a sample (or two, subject to availability) in outgoing orders, but we regret, we don’t offer free samples before purchasing.
Our sample packs would be available for purchase soon.
Tell me about delivery?
All our products are freshly made to order. Once your order has been made and payment received, your order will be dispatched within 12 hours. We make use of door to door courier services.
After ordering, when should I expect my goodies?
Your product(s) will be made and dispatched within 12 hours of payment and sent off to you. Delivery varies depending on where you are based. Also note that we are now making use of road freight due to the petrol/diesel prices that went up tremendously. This way courier costs is more affordable to the customer. Allow 2-5 days for delivery.
I live in outlined areas. Can I still have my goodies couriered to me?
Yes of course! It does take a bit more time.
My parcel arrived, but the contents are damaged/missing/tampered with. What should I do?
Let us know. We’ll work something out for you to make sure that you’re a happy.
I’ve given you guys the wrong address. Can I change it?
It may, unfortunately, delay delivery by a day or two. But chat to us and we’ll sort it out in n otime.
I’d like to buy gifts for my family and friends. Can you ship to another address or multiple addresses?
Yes, of course. At checkout enter your preferred address for delivery! Let us know it is a gift and we will add some extra pampering care.
I heard that you can customise a product to suit my skin?
Yes, we do. Give us a shout and we can formulate something specially for you.
Do you custom-make products for private selling, events etc?

We use plant-based ingredients in all our products – natural, organic and vegan. Our products contain oils , butters and essential oils and we do use Geoguard 221 (eco-cert approved) as a preservative. Please check that you are not allergic or skin sensitive to any of the ingredients. If you experience any sensitivity or redness, discontinue use immediately.
Our products are free from any harmful synthetics, artificial colorants and fragrances.
Keeping your products effective for longer:
Please keep your products dry and out of direct sunlight. Avoid exposing them to water. Scoop product out of the jar/tub with a clean dry hands or utensil. If you do notice any change of colour, smell or texture of your product discard immediately.
We are very knowledgeable about of products, their ingredients (and quite a few other things too), but we are not specialized doctors. If in doubt, please consult your doctor if you have any concerns to be on the safe side.
Because of the natural state of our products, texture, smell might differ from time to time. Not all oils, essential oils and butters are exactly the same. Temperatures may also effect products. Thus keeping them out of direct sunlight and keeping your packaging closed will ensure your products stay the way they should.

Yes we do. Keep an eye out and subscribe to our newsletter to stay on top of things!
What do the symbols on the packaging mean?
The bunny means BWC endorsed, meaning we only use certified plant-based ingredients and no animal by-products or animal testing.
Are all your products vegan-friendly?
What’s your stance on animal testing?
We are proud to say we are BEAUTY WITHOUT CRUELTY endorsed. We have a load of woman and men who’ve volunteered to test our products. We will not never would we ever test on animals or use any animal by-products.
Do you try to reduce your carbon footprint?
Yes we do. We only use glass packaging. The closures and lids of these are PET (recycled plastic containers) that can be recycled.
You use natural ingredients. How long can I keep a product before it goes off?
We include Geogard™ 221 (by Lonza) . It is a broad spectrum cosmetic preservative that has been approved by ECOCERT/COSMOS, NATRUE and Soil Association. It is suitable for use in natural, vegan and certified organic cosmetics.
14 – 16 weeks as a guideline.
Store your products in a cool place, out of direct sunlight and avoid getting them wet.
Keep an eye on them. If you notice any change in texture, colour or smell discard immediately. Rule of thumb, if in doubt, rather not.
In case of irritation, redness, itchiness etc, discontinue use and let us know!
